We are converting the waste rubber to useful rubber material through our state-of-the-art rubber recycling technology. The end product NexRubbertec” rubber generated by this technology is more then 85% soluble in toluene solvent and gel accounts for the remaining 15%. This indicates that most of the polysulphidic linkages have been opened up.

The end result, NexRubbertec retains more than 80% of the dynamic and physical properties of the rubber, with the added advantage of being able to vulcanize NexRubbertec without further addition of chemicals such as sulfur and accelerator. By blending with virgin compounds ranging from 10% to 50% of NecRubbertec , the resultant vulcanizing display superior properties at significantly lower cost using only virgin rubber compounds.
